Does anyone process their respite vouchers up-front instead of in a reimbursement format? Often times we hear from caregivers that they cannot afford to pay the cost up front and wait for reimbursement, or that the independent provider they have chosen does not like the idea of waiting so long to be reimbursed, as it puts a strain on them financially. Does anyone provide the money to the caregiver/provider on the front end instead of after services have been rendered?
