Senior Centers with Best Practice Caregiver and Respite Services

Idaho holds a Hunger Summit annually and this year the Summit organizers want to sponsor a speaker to “discuss best practices/models of senior centers engaging and supporting caregivers with respite and other services."  Are you aware of Senior Centers in your state or community that provide exemplary caregiver and respite services?
