The following request for information is from Karen Fitzharris, Project Director, Home and Community Services, Aging & Long-Term Support Administration, Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.

Washington State is preparing a Lifespan Respite survey to elicit information from those who have a traumatic brain injury, their caregivers and potential and current providers to find out how we can be more prepared and better provide for effective respite services in the future to meet this population’s needs. We are interested in knowing if anyone has done a similar survey and would be willing to share your experience with us.

Please send responses to Karen FItzharris at
