I am trying to gather some information on what policies or guidelines other states may have in place regarding sibling or group respite rates. I work on a 1915(c) waiver in Texas and we are looking at creating a policy and the appropriate rates around providing respite to two or more siblings at the same time through one direct care worker and would appreciate any information or guidance you can provide to our team.
